Registration is required to attend all the scientific sessions and social events.
Please note that only fully registered participants will be admitted to the scientific sessions. A personalized confirmation e-mail will be sent to each participant once the payment of the registration fee has been received.

A certificate confirming the student status must be submitted as a scanned copy to the Symposium Secretariat Office.

One – day registration fee includes:
– Welcome Reception.
– Official Symposium program and participant’s package.
– One-day lunch and coffee refreshment breaks.
– e-Acta electronic version of Acta Horticulturae proceedings.

Accompanying person fee includes:
– Welcome Reception.
– All lunches and coffee breaks refreshments breaks.

Deadlines and cancellation procedures:
– Registration cancellations received in writing at the VegNutri2027 Secretariat’s email adress (info@vegnutri2027.it) by August 15, 2027 will be accepted and all fees refunded after the Symposium, less a €100 administrative fee.

– Cancellations received after August 15, 2027, will not be refunded.
